Superb accommodation

Amazing small family run hotel with great service and room equipment. In reality the room looks much nicer than on the pictures. I strongly recommend staying here. Superb breakfast, home-made dishes, full Turkish breakfast. Great location. The only thing lacking was minibar/selection of drinks for purchase.

Such a wonderful experience. Incredible service and hospitality. Mr Serkan the hotel owner is as absolutely one of a kind. Helpful, honest, hospitable and many more. A real Thank you To Mr Serkan and your lovely Staff. Our suit was clean and so unique. Waking up in the cave was an extraordinarily experience.

Have you ever stayed at a cave suite before? Probably not, you need too! It is an amazing experience. This is one of the best places to experience this. The owners are very helpful and generous and the rooms are second to none.

ein sehr gemütliches boutique Hotel in Ürgüp. Abgeshen davon dass alles tip top war, der nette Inhaber Serkan war einfach Klasse! Er hat davor 20 Jahre als Touristenführer gearbeitet. Man kann sich in alle Ruhe von ihm informieren lassen. Er weißt natürlich alles über Touristenattraktionen, findet beste Preise und organiziert alles. Besten Dank noch mal!

Bathroom equipped with turkish bath.

We were happy to stay in a real cave hotel. When we entered the room, we thought we were in a palace. The bathroom was even equipped with a Turkish bath! Every morning we had home-made, generous turkish breakfast. The owners were kind, smiling and always ready to help. My family who stayed in another hotel and visited me in our hotel regretted having not stayed here with me. Next time when I come back, definitely I will stay here again.

Otele vardığımızda Serkan Bey karşıladı ve tanıştık. İşletmeyi severek işleten ve herşeyi kusursuz farklı olmasını sağlamış. Fotoğraflarda görünenden çok daha kaliteli, temiz ve rahat edebileceğiniz bir otel. Serkan Bey aynı zamanda gezi planınızıda yapıyor ve yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil ancak açık büfeden daha zengin bir sunum var. Odalar yerden ısıtma, çok iyi ısınıyor. Jakuzili havuzu, duşu, hamamı tertemiz ve rahat. Kaliteli ürünler kullanılmış. Otel çalışanlarıda bir o kadar sempatik ve yardım sever. Otel konum olarak ürgüp girişinde kalıyor ve manzarası var. Bir sonraki kapadokya ziyaretimizde yine aynı otelde kalmayı planlıyoruz. Bu kadar rahat edeceğimizi düşünmüyorduk. Eşim ile birlikte Kasım ayında -1 derecede harika bir balayı geçirdik.

Eşimle bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Tam anlamıyla mükemmel bir butik otel. Otelin konumu her yere yakın mesafede. Balon veya atv turu yapacaksanız kapıdan alıyorlar. Odaları özenle ve zevkle hazırlanmış. Detaylara çok dikkat edilmiş. Çay bardaklarından, odaların aydınlatmalarına kadar çevre ile uyumlu. Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Kahvaltısı harika. Ürgüp'ün eşsiz atmosferine mağara odalarda eşlik etmek paha biçilemez. Otelin sahibi eski rehber Serkan Bey'e misafirperverliği ve tüm yardımları için çok teşekkürler. Tekrar Kapadokya'ya gelirsem mutlaka Oread Cave'de kalırım.
