We had a wonderful stay at Ariel Hotel Alaçatı. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alaçatı. We would definitely love to come back

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is wonderful and they have an outstanding Chef and breakfast. The day we arrived, he prepared lunch for us, which was simply delicious! We loved everything about the hotel!

This was pretty much one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helped us with everything possible. We highly recommend this hotel!

Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Dreckige Bettwäsche. Wurde zuerst in ein Economy Zimmer verfrachtet, welches im Keller war. Meine Buchung war allerdings ein Standard Doppelzimmer gewesen, wo ich extra einen Aufpreis gezahlt habe, da ich in den Rezensionen gelesen habe, dass im Keller kein Tageslicht da ist. Zudem war es sehr laut, man hat durch die Rohrleitung jede Spülung auf der Seite gehört. Da ich nur 2 Nächte dort verweilt habe, war es natürlich nicht passend. Die Zimmer im OG wo ich auch war, war nicht so gut belichtet. Also für eine Frau etwas kontraproduktiv für das fertig machen. Ich bin mehrfach in Alacati gewesen und habe zum ersten Mal soeine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Frühstück war okay von 9-11 Uhr ging deren Frühstück. Danach bauen sie Tische ab und stellen die Liegen für den Pool. Ort ist eigentlich ganz okay, da man viele Ausweichmöglichkeiten hat mit Auto sowohl auch zu Fuss. Es ist in der Nähe von einer Hauptstraße Zu fuss ist man in ein zwei Minuten mitten in dem Trubel

Wir hatten einen wundervollen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt im Ariel Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schon der Empfang war herzlich. Unser Deluxe-Dreibettzimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und für Alaçatı-Verhältnisse angenehm groß. Das gesamte Hotel machte einen gepflegten und hochwertigen Eindruck. Ein großes Dankeschön an Muhammet und Enver! Sie haben sich jederzeit um unsere Anliegen gekümmert – ob Taxi oder Reservierungen für Beachclubs und Restaurants, alles wurde schnell organisiert. Besonders schön war, dass Muhammet sogar nachgefragt hat, ob wir sicher angekommen sind. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Familienmitglied. Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant ist hervorragend. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen wurden alle Speisen frisch, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Lage ist perfekt: Die Altstadt mit ihren Geschäften, Cafés, Restaurants und Clubs ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Trotzdem ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Wir waren drei Frauen und haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und Taxis halten direkt vor der Tür, sodass man auch abends keine abgelegenen Gassen entlanglaufen muss. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team – alle Mitarbeiter waren herzlich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Vielen Dank für die unvergessenen 10 Tage. Wir kommen beim nächsten Besuch in Alaçatı definitiv wieder!

Oda temiz ,çalışanlar güler yüzlü,kahvaltı kaliteli ve güzeldi.Ancak oda bodrum katında ,karanlık ve penceresi açıklıkla bağlantısız bir aydınlatmaya açılıyordu.Katımızda dev bir çamaşır makinası sesli bir şekilde çalışıyordu.Düğün için gelmistim ve 1 gece kalacaktım o nedenle bunları sorun etmedim.Tatil amaçlı tercih etmem.Havuzu da oldukça küçük.

Genel olarak temizlik bakımından sıkıntısı yoktu personel ilgisi güzeldi fakat Hotel. Com’dan aldığımız otel rezervasyonunuzdan memnun kalmadık çünkü penceresiz bir odada kaldık sonrasında farkını ödeyerek üst kata geçtik üst katlar iyiydi bir sorun yoktu burada Hotel.com sıkıntısı odanın penceresiz olduğunu belirtmemesiydi biz bu konuda mağdurluk yaşadık bir gece penceresiz odada kalmak zorunda kaldık
