everything was fine, staff was kind and helpful, they helped me to change my room without any difficulty,breakfast was good,they greet you warmly and we felt at home, I highly advise all my friends, if I visit Urla I will definitely stay at the kuća urla hotel which is very close to sanat sokak

The accomodations were modern, clean, and lovely. The breakfast was great--variety of food with options for all sorts of coffee drinks or tea. The morning staff were cheerful and attentive. Unfortunately, I was woken up twice by some very loud, drunken guests. The first time the noise came from outside my balcony. The second time they woke me up AFTER MIDNIGHT, the voices came from down the hall from reception. I walked down there, and asked them to be quiet. The guest YELLED, "I'm just checking in." Rather than doing something to quiet the drunken guest, the clerk shushed me. ???? I would love to stay there again, however, they need to have better strategies at dealing with unruly guests who disturb the sleeping guests.

Kuca: natural mood booster :)

In simple word “outstanding”. New hotel, clean, practical, with very warm hearted people working and managing the property. It’s very close to the old city and also provides bikes which can be used throughout your stay. It was our first time visiting Urla and I am returning with my soul filled with the hospitality and kindness of the people living in it. Everything was so natural. Do not hesitate to book this property, you’ll certainly not regret it. The hotel is brand new and therefore everything smells new :) Kudos to all the team: Cetin, Funda, Rasit and all the others whom I don’t recall their names

Urla merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantajdı. Otopark konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Anladığımız kadarıyla odaların tamamında balkon bulunuyor; balkonda vakit geçirmek bizim için oldukça keyifliydi. Genel olarak çok rahat ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Güzel bir 3 gün geçirdik, tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Gitmeden önce tereddütlerim vardi ama Naz Hanim sagolsun cok yardımcı oldu. Odalar tertemizdi. Özellikle kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve biter bitmez yenisinin gelmesi çok değerliydi. Urlaya yolumuz düşerse artık bir evimiz olduğunu biliyoruz. Hersey icin çok tesekkurler Kuca❤️
