Merkezi, sessiz ve keyifli konaklama

Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi, doğrudan Sanat Sokağı’na bakıyor olmasına rağmen son derece sessizdi. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Taleplerim güler yüzle ve hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Kahvaltısı beklentileri karşılayacak düzeydeydi. Odada klima bulunması konforu artırıyordu. Otelin altında hoş bir cafe/bar, yanında ise huzurlu bir bahçe vardı. Bir de binanın dekorasyonu ve odada kalırken insanda bıraktığı güzel duyguyu da söylemeliyim :) Tek başıma çıktığım bu seyahatte kendimi güvenli ve keyifli hissettim. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım. Teşekkür ederim.

Guleryuzlu bir ekip

Sahipleri cok guler yuzlulerdi, kahvalti cok hosumuza gitti. Butik bir otel oldugu icin odalar vs kucuk ama 2 kisiye yetecek boyutta. Ic tasarimi ev gibi tasarlandigi icin ayri bi hosuma gitti. Hemen girisinda loop isminde kafesi bulundugu icin kahve cay ihtiyaclarimizda hizlica karsilayabildik. Ayriyetten otelin icerisinde su sebili bulundugu icin yanimda termos tasiyanlar icin bir arti. Resepsiyondaki bey cok guler yuzlu ve yardimsever.

Odadaki yatak boyutu biraz küçüktü ve konforsuzdu, tuvalet kağıdı yoktu gece geç geldiğimiz için isteyemedik. Yandaki bardan müzik sesi çok geliyordu. Onun dışında memnun kaldık. Yeri çok güzel sanat sokağının içinde. Sabah kahvaltı güzeldi.

Çok konforlu bi deneyimdi, görevli arkadaşlarla sanki aynı apartmanda oturan komşular gibiydik ayrıca evcil hayvan dostu bi işletme. Çok ilgililerdi rahatsız etmeyen bir ilgileri samimi bir mesafeleri vardı. Oda çok temiz yataklar çok rahattı kahvaltı yeterliydi. Konumu çok güzeldi gece yan mekanlardan müzik sesi geliyordu rahatsız olmadık

Gider kokusu problemi

Ailenizle beraber konaklama yapmak ve erken uyumak istiyorsanız tercih etmemeniz gereken otel. Otelin yan tarafında yer alan mekanın müzikleri çok uzun bir süre devam ediyor. Bu konuda otelin bir şey yapmasını beklemek doğru olmasa da kokan giderlere hiç değilse bir oda kokusu veya spreyi gibi idare edecek bir çözüm bulunabilirdi. Onun yerine hiçbir şekilde ellenmeden veya geçici çözümler bulmanmadan, sizi lağım kokusuyla başbaşa bırakan bir deneyim yaşıyorsunuz. Kutlukaya arkadaş ve aile ile gidilebilecek güzel alternatiflerden biri. Akşam saatlerinde yan tarafındaki müzikli eğlence olmasa çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak çalışanları ve atmosferi ile gerçekten tercih edilebilir bir yer.

Otel Sanat Sokak'ta oldukça merkezi konumda ancak otelin işletmesi son derece amatörce yönetiliyor. 2-3 gencin işletmeye çalıştığı, kendi aralarında konuşma seviyesinin oldukça düşük olduğu ve bunu misafirlere de yansıttığı ancak bunun farkında bile olmadıkları bir ortam var. Otel bakımsız, odalar bakımsız. Kahvaltı ve kahvaltı verilen ortam çok özensiz. Kalitesiz. Keyif alarak konaklama yapabileceğiniz bir yer değil. 2 gece kalmama rağmen oda günlük kontrol edilmiyor ve temizlenmiyor. Çevre işletmelerden ciddi anlamda gürültü geliyor. Odanın içindeymiş gibi hissediyorsunuz.

One of the worst hotels

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all it took me two days to get through to the hotel as they never answer the phone or their messages. The hotel may be in a prime location as it is on the art street but it is right next to a bar with live music and it is as if there is a concert in your bedroom until after midnight. The room has air conditioning but the ceilings are high and the air conditioning is located in a bad position on the ceiling so you can’t feel it at all. It was absolutely freezing all night. The staff at the hotel are not very attentive. We asked for toilet paper they said they would put it in our room but never did. The staff (girl with short black hair) was also smoking close to us while we were having breakfast. Breakfast was a pre-prepared plate of cheese, tomato, cucumber, turkey (probably the previous day) because it was wrapped up in the fridge) we also got a cold boiled egg and some spreads. You have to call someone to open the main hotel door (most of the time). The wifi is really bad. The hotel was really expensive considering all of these and was not worth what we paid. We couldn’t wait to check out.

Butik otel olarak çok vasat bir otel , odamızda kahve ve su ısıtıcısı dahi yoktu . 2 gün konaklamamızda odamıza su dahi bırakılmadı . 1 görevli var suratı sirke satıyor . Kahvaltı çok ama çok vasat . Kahvaltı yerinde camların kirliliğinden dışarı görünmüyor idi.

Otel sanatcılar caddesı uzerınde sadece yaya yoluna acık otelde eskı bır rum evı cok temız ve calısanlarda cok iyi niyetli. Odalar resimlerdekine göre biraz küçük geldi. Tek dez avantajı yanında barlar olduğu için gece 12 ye kadar müzik odanın içinde gece 1'den önce uyumanız mümkün değil.

Misrepresented and noisy

Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, shower hot but otherwise not an enjoyable stay. There was a music hall beside the hotel and the music was like it was in our room, 8p-midnight all three nights we stayed. When we asked for a quiet room we were told there were no quiet rooms in the hotel. Dogs were barking all night. Not as advertised: There were not 2 restaurants and bars in the hotel, just an outdoor kitchen where our breakfast was prepared. There was no daily room service, or toiletries. Also: The parking was a hike away, and difficult bumpy road for pulling suitcases. Not a place for anyone with mobility issues. It is located in the old city center which was a cultural experience for sure but not worth the comfort trade off. The staff did accommodate us by serving breakfast earlier than the normal hours which we appreciated.

Tatilimizin icinde Urla’da 1 gece konaklama icin kullandik, dolayisiyla beklentimizin tam karsiligiydi. Zemin katta sokağa bakan 4 kisilik odada kaldik, Gece 00:30 da odamizdaydik, gurultusuz, oldukca rahat uyuduk. Tekrar merkezde kalmam gerekirse tereddutsuz ayni otelde kalirim. Damla Hanim’a ilgisi ve nezaketi icin tesekkur ederiz.

Tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmel. Sanat sokağında 1-2 gece geçirmek isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Otelden çok eski bir konakta kalıyormuşsunuz hissi yaratıyor ki bence bu da oldukça hoşumuza gitti. Ancak 1,83m boyum olmasına rağmen yatağa sığmakta biraz zorlandım. Yatakları biraz büyütebilirler. Onun harici herşey güzeldi. Yetkililere teşekkür ederiz.
