"The room smelled of septic system and staff was not responsive to this once they were told and the leaky toilet was simply mopped up and not taken care of. They simply said this region was associated with this ‘ biological odor’the staff did not notify us of all the perks. They could have offered a discount because we had room that smelled but they were not inclined when asked. In addition the staff member we spoke to about the smelly room kept conveniently forgetting about the issue and telling...

"The hotel overlooked the water and was situated on a hill with breathtaking views! The gardens were absolutely beautiful and the room very clean. The staff were so helpful! Michael helped us plan some day trips to several beaches and a wine tour that was fantastic! Michael and Alexandria treated us so well with their kindness and hospitality! I will remember this as one of best places we’ve ever been! Thank you for this amazing stay!"

"We had a wonderful time at Elli Tropical Suites. The rooftop pool was a dream — peaceful and perfect for both relaxing and letting the kids splash around safely. The place is very family-friendly (we traveller with kids if 10 and 8 and they both loves the hotel) and clean. And a special thank you to Elli, the kindest and most helpful host we've ever met — always available, smiling, and truly caring. She made us feel so welcome. We would come back in a heartbeat.
