"Die Unterkunft ist sehr „ab vom Schuss“, was mit einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Lage einhergeht. Mit dem Auto ist sie gut zu erreichen und bietet großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten.
Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch während einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren für uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "

"Tolles Hotel in bester Lage von Bansin - leider nicht Heringsdorf.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Leider schließt das Restaurant schon um 21 Uhr (so wie alle umgebenden Restaurants auch). Abends ist in Bansin daher nichts mehr los. Dazu muss man dann nach Heringsdorf oder Ahlbeck gehen.
Parkplätze sind in allen Kaiserbädern knapp und entsprechend teuer. Daher ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotels mit 19 €/Tag nicht ganz...
