Our stay was great. We had 2 dogs with us but never heard any other dogs. Everything was clean. So nice to have a microwave and a fridge. Very nice free breakfast and love the 11am check out time.

This hotel is old and could use some updating; however, the rooms are larger than those in most hotels of this price range, and they are kept clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. Very nice place. Rooms very clean. Staff courteous and friendly. Close to freeways. We have stayed there several occasions and will continue to stay whenever We go or pass by Fresno CA. 100% recommended.
