"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully arranged. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again."

"It's a beautifully restored building in a great location on a pedestrian street. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I could have used more pillows, coffee, kleenex and a stir stick..lol. I didn't opt for housekeeping so it was my own fault. A sink by the Nespresso machine would be nice as well. I also find it surprising that a 4* hotel has no restaurant/bar and limited reception hours. The breakfasts were as delicious as reported. "

"No air conditioning, no reception, no check-in PIN-code from Hotels.com (the other customers had to call to the staff of the hotel), the phone number of the hotel in the booking confirmation was not working, no information about breakfast. With this level of service I would like to have 1/3 of the money back I paid. The room was hot like sauna all the time."
