"This property was wonderful - the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special. They provided us a beautiful moonlit dinner, our room was beautifully decorated! Our butler Johnny was an absolute angel - he took care of our dinner reservations, we had fresh OJ and Prosecco each morning delivered to us :) and he ensured we were constantly taken care of! We will absolutely be returning - we could not have dreamt up a better experience! "

"Some of the reviews we've seen about this resort made us nervous but our experience traveling from Canada with an 8 year old and a 5 year old was very positive. We were especially impressed by how helpful and friendly everyone was. We stayed in a Flate Swim Up Suite. The room was huge with sliding doors that closed between the bedroom and living space. It felt like we had two completely separate bedrooms with a huge bathroom. The swim up option was great for slow mornings or a bit of down time late in the day. We were able to interact with SO many characters. I was impressed that the Nickelodeon recreation staff would offer to take photos with our phones to avoid having to purchase the pictures from the professional photographer. Although there were lots of people around, the resort never felt overly packed and we were able to do and see everything we wanted. There were always chairs available at the pool/beach/waterpark and people naturally coming and going throughout the day. I understand why reviewers are hard on the food. It wasn't great but there were always options. The a la carte restaurants were fine but we stuck to the buffet for the most part so we weren't tied to a specific reservation time to eat. My advice - pay the extra and GET SLIMED! The experience was so fun and memorable for the kids and adults alike. Once again - the staff took my phone and videoed the whole thing so we have it to keep. So fun!"
