The staff person of Expedia named Woodley stood out to me and my partner as he went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The clean room staff also did a great job and the rancho restaurant was unbelievably good. The pools here are great and the water park was great as well.

The resort layout and amenities were great! We loved our room placement and layout. Travelled with teens and it was nice having the separate bedroom.

Staff is great at this place. They are a little slow to deliver room requests (i.e. extra pillows or sheets), but other than that we had a great time.

I recently stayed at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort offers a beautiful beachfront location with pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing getaway. All the Expedia stuff was great they are very reponsible but we found room roaches and food was not great no chicken item.

Overall, everything was good: nice grounds staff, friendly staff and a clean room. The only downside was the very limited food selection at the buffet — the hotel should really consider improving their dining options.
