A great 5 Star Hotel

A great 5 star hotel in Vadodara fantastic housekeeping, reception and management staff in particular Ms Seema who went out of her way to assist us which made us extend our stay for further 5 nights. Would definitely stay again in this hotel on our future visits to Vadodara

So far best hotel stay in Vadodara

Everything was perfect except as being seniors it was a challenge to walk to our room. It would have been nice if you would have given us a room closer to the lobby

This place has not aged well. The bathrooms are the same bathrooms I remember from 2007, cracks and all. We could hear our neighbours talking to each other as well as their bowel movements. I phoned the reception to report this hoping they could move us or at least put some soundproofing in the interconnecting door, but never heard back. We ended up checking out after 1 night of a 2 night stay and they didn't ask how the stay was, just commented that we would still be charged. I didn't care about that, I'd pay to avoid this place. Moved to Hyatt Place for the 2nd night which was infinitely better.
