โI had booked a standard room for a total invoice approx 2250/-assuming to be Aircondition facility. After reaching the property I understood it's non AC. I had to pay extra for upgrading. The property web site is offering at competitive rates but booking through Expedia, I understood Expedia is taking lions commission. โ
โStaff were so rude and not helpful at all. When we asked for the extension of our stay we were asked to pay almost double the price. Price was reduced after the long bargain. Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. .โ

โUnder 10kms to the airport but with traffic can take anything from 30-90 minutes
Construction work on the building opposite meant the pavement outside was muddy however staff was excellent and rooms a/c and bathroom facilities were good
For the price it must the best bargain hotel in Chennai at 2000 rupees a nightโ

โAt time of booking had asked for a very quiet room as doing exam in nearby college next morning. But on check-in I was given a room opposite a family of at least 10 members, for a wedding party. I asked for a change of room but told it was full due to wedding party. But at time of booking I had explained was doing exam next day.
