Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough.
BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in.
I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.

Okay but obviously falling apart
Great proximity to slopes.
Breakfast not the best around, considering the price of the place.
Was electrocuted by a lamp with a bare wire and blew the circuit breaker for the entire floor, hotel receptionist didn't understand or care that it happened. Didn't receive an apology.
No shower curtain over the bath so entire place was soaked afterwards.
Wont be back.
Breakfast nice, room okay for one person, but for anymore it would have been too small. Nice shower, and shower gel :). No black-out curtain and found the room was really hot, resulting in not a very good sleep here (but I am a light sleeper). This is the only reason for the lower rating as I really enjoyed everything else. The spa was great. Also really nice heated ski lockers. In close proximity to the slopes and lots of restaurants/bars around.
This property is the best 3-star I have ever stayed in. Fantastic!!

Solid
Great cozy hotel a 1min walk (in ski boots) from the gondolas. Friendly staff, and good breakfast. Good ski storage in the basement, and great sauna+steam room. Definitely coming back.
La Savoyarde was a great find. A short walk to the Solaise teleferique as wella s from the shops. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is also easily accessed ski and boot storage in the basement with easy access to the street. My room was very large with 2 single beds pushed together. It also had a large balcony with an outstanding view. Front desk staff were very accommodating, directing me to ski equipment rental and lift tickets.
Third time at the hotel. Fab bar. Comfy sofa style bar seating and friendly bar and front desk staff. Great breakfast. Easy walk to get to the slope and directly opposite the central parking facility. Had a very sunny balcony overlooking the face and the solaise. Heated boot room and plenty of space for skis and boots. All in all a great hotel. Not sure why it’s only three stars. Deserves more.
We were not satisfied at all. Our room was really the worst room in the hotel. They were very indifferent and rude. Only the location is very good and the breakfast is okay.

3 dagars skidresa
Bodde i sviten som nog har sett sina bästa dagar. Läget på hotellet är super och det är charmigt. Det är ju trots allt bara tre stjärnor och man kan inte kräva hur bara service s hellst
Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast and overall a charming hotel at a great location in the heart of val d’isere. Worked a couple of days from the room and the wifi also worked mostly very well.
Great location, close to what is important: the center of town and the ski slopes. Overall very nice hotel, though starting to get a little dated. Good breakfast.
Staff in the restaurant were pleasant, but front desk not very useful. There is advertisement of VIP benefits, but there are none. The hotel seemed disappointed that we were checking out at the given time, and even when we said we had a sick child did not offer a late one (not that we asked). Our ski locker was too small, only to find out at the end we should have received the key for 2.
Belle experience, confortable et proche des pistes, le spa ets un vrai plus. Le vrai gros plus serait de realiser les services proposes, erreur sur la reservation des ski pass, pas de prise en compte de la demande en cuisine sur allergie alimentaire
