"Let’s be honest, you get what you pay for. This place was pretty basic, but for Strasbourg it was good value for money at just over £50 per night. Two single beds, one fits under the other to make a sort of double, a basic kitchen (two hot plates) and a fridge. We had a lovely view of the rubbish bins….the alternative was the other side which was a busy railway. It worked for us, two nights on a budget, but don’t expect luxury. "

"Had a great stay. It’s in the perfect spot. I was in walking distance of the cathedral, petite France and literally 100’s of restaurants. Only complaint: not enough pillows and the ones they had were tiny. "

"A good place for simple and straightforward lodging. Not like a full service hotel but very adequate. Comfortable bed, spacious room, kitchenette with the necessary basic tools, small table and stools, bathroom with tub and shower, desk, TV, microwave, stove ( no oven). Quiet area, quiet clients, helpful desk attendants. Breakfast not included but available. Clothes washing machine available with token from desk. A light bulb was missing in the bathroom, the bathroom vent wasn’t working, but...

"Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience "

"Hotel Arok is perfectly situated across a park from the train station and you can easily walk or catch an Uber to the main sights of Strasbourg. The staff was fantastic and offered up many recommendations for restaurants nearby or worth the walk. They have a nice little bar onsite for relaxing and enjoying a beverage. "
