"Excellent stay. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance from the railway station, making it very convenient for travellers. The check-in process was very easy, with clear step-by-step instructions that made everything straightforward. The property was clean and well maintained. The mini kitchen was also clean and very useful, especially for preparing simple meals. The only issue I experienced was with the charging adapter. It would be great if the property could provide charging adapters that fit the local plug sockets for international travellers. That small addition would make the stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this property."

"The town and this hotel felt very cozy and safe. Lot of places to eat within walking distance. It was a very easy walk from the train station. We loved the room! It was comfortable and clean. We loved the decor. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"Ideal place to stay when if you’re travelling to St Moritz or exploring Italian countryside. My room was with a beautiful view and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast with plenty of food choices. The room was clean. There are restaurants around the hotel. I will book this hotel again. "

"Superb Spa facilities very brand new and large, but the man who ran it was very rude and refused us access as he wanted to close it early so he could go home. Even though it was all still open - 15 mins before close (we only wanted one go in the sauna). It was running but empty with no one in it. As we have sadly found in various swiss places, there is a lack of customer service - mostly unfriendly or unhelpful, especially as we had a small baby - Italy is MUCH better. Excellent breakfast with prosecco. Melissa at the desk was very lovely and helpful, very charming. The hotel has been clearly refurbed - needs outside decorating now."
