“The staff were all super nice and immediately helped with all our requests and needs. The gratus pickup and transfer to the hotel was appreciated after a long travel day. We were upgraded to a spectacular room with the best lake and mountain views. The room was spotless, comfortable and nice extras. The spa facilities are unbelievable and relaxing. The location is perfect to walk and see the sights and the shops are plentiful. We thank all who helped us have a memorable stay.”
