Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Charme Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
