Tres bon séjour, idéalement situé pour visiter la Drôme provençale. Le personnel est tres accueillant et souriant.Le parc est magnifique. Mention spéciale au chef Julien Martin et à son équipe , nous avons decouvert et deguster des mets creatifs et d une grande finesse. On provoquera l l'occasion pour y retourner.

Charmant mais un peu déçu

Endroit très joli et charmant.Mais l'accès a la piscine interdit ,le bar et le restaurant fermé et le service petit dejeuner non honoré a l'heure convenue.Il nest pas précisé que l'accès a la piscine est interdit même si cela semble normal pour un grand nombre de personnes.Des prix moins élevés devraient être pratiqués pour pallier le manque de prestations et attirer plus de clients.

Une véritable oasis de tranquilité. Puisque il faut ajouter des caractères .....un petit éclairage sur la pancarte de signalisation au bord de la route serait le bienvenu pour l'arrivée nocturne .

Een hotel waar men niet om zijn gasten geeft.

Vanaf de aankomst ging alles fout. Er was geen plek in het restaurant. We kregen een kamer met erg veel geluidsoverlast. Zowel van geluid vanuit de hal en huilende kinderen in de nacht boven ons als de verwarmingseenheid die buiten continu aansloeg, waar je dan wakker van werd. Wij hadden het idee dat men van deze herrie wist en ons deze kamer hadden gegeven aangezien wij niet direct via het hotel hadden geboekt.

Personnel très sympa, Bel établissement de charme, avec literie très confortable. Chambres à l'étage Non desservies par ascenseur, (le client n’est pas prévenu) mobilier poussiéreux et composition florale de la chambre défraîchie. Repas sur place seulement possible sur réservation... au final beaucoup de points à améliorer !

L’accueil est sympa mais un peu léger (chambre pas prête à 15h puis finalement oui, personne à l’accueil pour un départ à 6h30 alors que nous avions averti...). Fauteuils extérieurs sales... j’ai trouvé dommage pour un 4 étoiles. Chambre 10 très grande (mais par contre jet de douche a fait son temps!).

Belle propriété

Considérant les prix des chambres nous aurions pu espérer pouvoir se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre quand on arrive tard ou quand on part tôt car pas de petit déjeuner proposé lorsqu'on part à 7.15. Dans une des chambres sur les deux réservées problème d'odeur sans doute dû à la clim mais l'hôtel en lui même est très beau et le restaurant un délice le personnel agrable
