Overall the unit is nice and modern, large enough to be comfortable for a family of 4. Sofa bed is a bit lumpy and we had some issues with the cleanliness of pillows and bed sheets, but the issue was quickly resolved. Communication with the staff was easy and we received quick responses. ”

However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding...
