Perfect option for groups or families

These are well-run, clean and functional apartments and perfect for a family stay in Valencia. Had everything we needed. Big supermarket directly opposite which is a bonus.

The apartment is apacigua and the location is very good. Nonetheless, the communication with the administration is scarce and there is no instructions. Also, the apartment lacks some basic things, like paper towels or napkins, enough toilet paper, etc. The apartment didn’t feel clean.

The accommodation is very clean. The beds are niet very big. Their designed for 1,5 persons. The bedroom is great. The kitchen is great. If you cross the street there is a supermarket. The communication however is not good. I could not call the hotel. I hadn't received a e-mail so checking was a bit stressful. Overall i would recommend you to stay here!

They need to put more storage in the bedrooms and a long mirror would be nice - the balcony is on such a slope it’s not really safe to stand on and the balcony door opens inward so you have to step down to open it

Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. Impossible to sleep on. One bedroom didn’t have air conditioning. Two of us barely slept at night, because of the high temperature. There was a significantly if leak on the lobby’s ceiling. The 2 buckets on the floor couldn’t hold all the water. The location was good, but streets in general were dirty. Garbage everywhere.

This apartment was very spacious and very clean. Of course, staying in the middle of the city, there are some noises. However, the street itself is very quiet. Walkable to everywhere. Transportation is close by. Can't beat a supermarket right across the street. We were afraid of self-checkin; however, if you prepare login a day in advance, it's pretty easy. Plus, there is a chat assistance available online. We also appreciated the welcome bag with necessities. We would definitely stay there again.

Family break

Good apartment in a good area. Very clean and well equipped. Second shower needs looking at with no pressure. Just for information no air con in second bedroom. Entry a bit complicated and locked us out on second night. Girl helpful on intercom but still don’t know what happened with lock. Would stay again as so central and now familiar with entryetc set up.

Wij hebben de studio geboekt voor 3 personen. Bij binnenkomst was deze gefaciliteerd voor 2 personen. Klein maar met het slaapbankje erbij was het te doen. Wel raar dat er maar 2 stoelen stonden, die hebben we erbij gekregen. Dus al met al te doen maat wel krap voor 3 personen.
