The location is superb. Almost perfect. The modern check in using a code sent by WhatsApp was super convenient and easy to use. I did not see any check in staff as there are none. The entry into the property and room was seamless. A great place to stay.

Great choice for old town

The hotel is located off a main shoppi g street, which was a lot less busy and less well lit making it appear sketchy but once inside it was a great little hotel. Excellent location for all old town stops. Friendly service. Really clean room. All around a really great choice for our stay in Valencia

The location, directly in the old town of Valencia, is ideal to discover the city. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The hotel is in a small alley, which isn`t nice. During daylight the sign of the hotel is hardly recognisable. The entrance looks uninviting. Check-in works via email or WhatsApp. The reception is only open for a few hours in the morning. Our room was quite small. Just enough space for a 140cm wide bed and a little desk. But the bathroom was super roomy instead. First we were a bit dissapointed but in the end we liked the location and the facilities were clean. Also the interactive check-in and check-out was working well.

Location! This hotel is walking distance to all the good and interesting things in the city. Even stop 1 for the tourist bus. Restaurants and things to do everywhere. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend.

Very convenient , close to the main areas , places to eat . The room was very good , the only weird thing we found was that the bathroom/ shower wall area that divided it from the bedroom is made from clear glass , a little bit awkward and unpleasant , not for everybody to like it .

it was very easy to check in/access the property and the owners are very easy to contact. the room was very clean and nice. the lobby of the building weirdly smelled like sewage, but that was unnoticeable in the room.

House & Home was clean and well maintained. Gloria was a great help and very cordial. She was available by phone at all times. The property was renovated and in a location in the center or Valencia, just a short walk off the main square in the historic district. Lots of shopping and dining option close by. The property was spacious and comfortable. The extra throw blankets were a very nice touch. Location was perfect. Like most city center properties there wasn't a lot of natural light in the room and the view looks at a building wall. Overall, it's a good value, though. I recommend.

We forgot to contact the desk before our arrival and it was closed. We called the number by the door and were greeted by a wonderful lady named Gloria. She immediately sent us codes for the front door and our room and within minutes we were in. We met Gloria in person the next day and she was delightfull. Thanks Gloria. The place is fully renovated and modern. Perfect location, just 3 minutes walking to the historic center and the central market plaza. Highly recommend.

A fine place to stay during Fellas.

Don't expect there will be anyone at the desk - they are only there is the morning. That said, the hotel will get you instructions on your phone (so buy a data plan for Europe because you'll need it). This place is well located, with many places to walk to. It is off a dark alley, not giving a feeling of being unsafe - just dark - and people tend to park their car in front of the door. It is just a single door entry off the alley. The elevator was slow so we mostly walked up the stairs and the place has these motion sensitive lights that are often delayed making the hallways dark as well. We were there during Fellas in March and did not find the street noise too bothersome - since there is just random fireworks on Vitoria (the alley).
