โDe suite die we hadden was in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Dit gedeelte ziet er top uit. De suite was geweldig. Geen idee hoe de kamers in het oude gedeelte zijn. Ontbijtzaal weinig sfeervol en ontbijtbuffet was OK. Goed werkende wifi en prima parkeren (overdekt en gratis). Bij aankomst ca 35 minuten moeten wachten in een rij voordat ik kon inchecken. Het was verschrikkelijk druk. Volgens de baliemedewerker kwam dit omdat het hoogseizoen is. โ
โLocation is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountainโฆa/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...

โThe place is located on a very beautiful mountain, the rooms are comfortable and the views incredible. Would be great for the pool to have cement stairs for better accessibility for older people and children, and for the surroundings to have more places of shade.โ
โA fine place to stay, but itโs PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed.โ
