"No AC, just a fan. Restaurant fully dinner booked for days before I arrived. Breakfast service was great. Pool area tidy. Carpet and wall paint aged. Tub was great. Housekeeping staff unnecessarily noisy and left multiple doors open while cleaning, flying bugs and brown spiders in the room after they left. WiFi constantly down. Office staff though exceptional, professional, helpful. The early and constant church bells on the weekend were unexpected and the primary reason I will not be returning....

"The location of this hotel is good, and it was clean, staff very nice, but it's a pretty run down old hotel, and our room was really small and terribly hot, even with the window open, and the fan running 24 hours, it was still really hot. Bathroom is tiny. breakfast doesn't open until 9AM, which is quite late if you want to get up and go somewhere, so we had to get breakfast at a different place. "Had a really lovely stay, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. They made an effort to speak our own language the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Only area for improvement would be a separate shower bathroom, as it was a wet room shower over the toilet. Would definitely recommend. "
