"Beautiful hotel, nice big rooms. Our front desk employee checking us in was great noticed we were right by the elevator and chose to move us to a quieter area which we appreciated. Nice gym area there as well. Only downside is paying for parking. Paying over 300/night-- overnight parking should be included. "

"This is a beautiful hotel built with many thoughtful features including French press coffee in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved having a hotel car available for short trips to downtown/wharf area. The lobby/lounge is elegant yet cozy. Highly recommend. "

"I loved this hotel! I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Portland. The staff were absolutely lovely, always so kind and welcoming. The place itself has an old Victorian feel and was exactly the vibe I was going for. The room was cozy and tidy, and I had no issues with the shared bathroom. I had read several reviews about parking being an issue, yes the lot is very small but they have a second lot that was less than a 2 minute walk and I never had any issues with it. My only word of caution, the stairs are very steep and there are no elevators. I didn’t personally have any issues with this, but if you have mobility issues or if you had a lot of luggage, I could see that being a problem. Overall I loved staying here and would absolutely stay here again. "
