“Needs improvement, hotel seems old. No elevator near my room and it was far from the entrance. What was amazing was the service, the lady in the night shift was very kind!”

“Before I booked this accommodation I read the reviews. I didn't realise that they were all one nighters. It is a stop over hotel. It's not a hotel to stay for more than one night. The double room was the size of my kitchen. I had to keep putting the shower head to the floor because of the constant dripping. Could do with door dampers as the doors sounded like they were been slammed all night. Would I stay again ? Not a chance. Would I recommend this hotel ? Not a chance.”

“전체적으로 깨끗하나 공항에서 애매하게 떨어져있어 걸어가면 안되고 택시나 버스 타야함. 조식은 종류는 평이하지민 맛은 별로였음. 체크인시 빈방이 있었음에도 커넥티드 룸을 주었는데 이를 통지하지도 않았음. 새벽 2시에 1시간이 넘게 연결된 옆방이 일찍 체크아웃 하기 위해 짐싸고 대화하는 소음과 간난아기 울음소리를 그대로 들으며 참아야 했음. 아침에 이를 항의하니 왜 조용한방을 요구하지 않았냐고함. 3성급인데 생수도 제공하지 않았음. 화장실 물을 먹으라고 함. 다음번에는 절대 이용하지 않을 것임”

“Decent size car park. Good food menu with wide choice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good for Falkirk attractions and town centre. Pleasant staff. We booked a basic room but there was no shelf in the en-suite to put your bathroom bits and pieces on. There was only one chair but we chose a basic room to keep costs down. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”

“Lovely grounds and views, beautifully landscaped and kept well. Staff really helpful. Located on the university campus which is unusual but a lovely hidden gem.”

“This property is perfectly situated in downtown Stirling. The staff were exceptional. The price was a little higher than our budget but, because of reviews, we chose it. The bathroom could use a little updating. We stayed in a suite in which the bunkbed room looked bigger online than it really was and the bunkbeds were a bit uncomfortable. The full bed though was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was standard Scottish fare and pretty good. The staff though really were the winners...

“Most staff were helpful,a member of restaurant gave a Fawlty towers experience very abrupt and had to be reminded of completing dinner order and getting the bill. Meal was amazing but very let down at breakfast which we didn't eat. Bar staff were super helpful. The room was adequate but could do with a yellow strip at high step as you entered in the courtyard rooms.”
