“I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub.
