"It's a beautiful rustic hotel, has everything that you need. A double room is actually a flat, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. Pretty amazing! Also very easy to access all the slopes around. "

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. "Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good.
