Great Hotel in a good location

Lovely large comfortable room with a view over the street. Great wifi. Entry to the hotel down the side street. Quiet room. Very friendly staff

PROS Walkable to central Van Staff helpful and speak Farsi CONS Room condition was poor Very small Parking is a nightmare (ask hotel staff for parking and they have a designated place close to the hotel, otherwise you won’t find a place to park your car) Busy area and heavy traffic Good choice if you are on a budget

Çalışanların ilgisi yeterliydi odalar temizdi kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli ve temizdi. Sadece otel merkezde olduğu için pencereler açıkken dışarının gürültüsü geliyordu ancak civardaki çoğu otelde aynı durum mevcut biz Memnun kaldık tekrar kalınabilir.

Wir waren im Mai 2025 für 14 Tage in Van im Karakoc Hotel zu Gast. Das Hotel ist neu, unser grosses Zimmer war sehr sauber und das grosse Bett sehr bequem. Ein wunderbar familär geführtes Familienhotel. Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt, wir können dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen. Von Van aus können einige Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigt werden, es ist empfehlenswert sich ein Auto zu mieten, wir haben bei SIXT gemietet, auch zu empfehlen. Wir sind ein älteres Ehepaar, türkische Sprachkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.

Güzel ama Otelde klima yok.

Otel yeni olduğu için herşey tertemiz ve neredeyse ilk defa siz kullanıyorsunuz. Kullanılan tüm malzemeler(yatak, musluk dolap vs) 1.sınıf. Ama otel çalışanları ve özellikle resepsiyondaki beyler halen 3.sınıf resepsiyonistler gibi. Mesela gece 2 de otelin kapaılarını kapatıp uyuduklarını bu nedenle 2 den önce otelde olmamız gerektiğini söylüyorlar:) ayrıca otel girişindeki kayıt alma ve rezervasyon yönetimi çok deneyimsiz. Ama özellikle Uğur bey ve kat görevlileri ile mutfak ekibi çok başarılı. Otelde sigara konusunda hassasiyet var bu nedenle rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce teyit edin. Konum olarak çok merkezi ve bu sebeple geceleri biraz gürültülü. Ayrıca otelde klima yok! Yazın gidecekseniz kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Genel olaral aynı paraya daha kaliteli bir otel tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederim.
