"The staff was excellent and very helpful. The manager Kitti was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable. Wagner and Kris in the lobby were so helpful. The rooftop is a lovely place to sit enjoy drinks and snacks. Such a treat and a lovely atmosphere."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly. If you are taking a cruise and you have the dough there is nothing more convenient. You are within steps of boarding the boat and the hotel takes your bags onto the ship for a reasonably gratuity. I would 100% go back"
