"Great location. Staff were very courteous. We had a slight mix up with our bags but this was fixed very quickly and the staff were very helpful. They got us into a room before regular check in times appreciated after travelling all night. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The room was spacious and well equipped. "

"Amazing staff. Beautiful hotel. Great location. However, a recent flood/water leak in the hotel had created an experience we would have passed on. Drilling on the main floor/lobby started at just after 7am. Room service was not available. Only one elevator worked for the entire week we stayed. The communication was not top priority as we were only notified days before heading to Vancouver and had already confirmed and paid for our stay. For a high class hotel, known all around the globe we did not find the amount we paid was worth the hype. "

"Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. On various occasions did I phone reception to ask for things, eg a baking sheet, coffee and salt. And within minutes it arrived at our door. We can recommend this hotel for its location and service."

"I was charged twice on my mastercard. Neither The Burrard or Expedia will not reemburse. Needless to say I will not use this hotel nor Expedia again. I am out close to $200 because of these organizations.There are other good hotels in this vicinity for next time. It's incredible that this kind of thing still happens in the 21st century. "
