โThis property is in a good downtown location. We found the property condition clean and well maintained.
Check in and out was a bit slow as the front desk staff is small and there is almost always a wait at the front desk.
We stayed three nights and every night we were woken by passing sirens in the street, and this despite us staying on a high floor. Itโs not really any fault of the hotel but it does reveal that the window glass is maybe not as thermal and sound protected as it could be.โ

Also, I stayed at the new North Tower, and the room condition was the best.

There are ice machines, snacks, and beverage vending machines on each designated floor, so it was very useful.

It's a location close to downtown, so you can go anywhere. It has great service at a reasonable price. Most of all, I think the hotel is my second home. Perfect for the conditions!!
