Incredible location close to everything, from coffee shops and restaurants to Stanley Park and beaches. Staff were so helpful, rooms were very comfortable and clean. One of our rooms had a gorgeous beach view and the other had a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare occasional meals.

Enjoyable stay! Comfortable, clean, updated room with seating on the balcony to enjoy the bay view as well as people out and about. Pleasant, attentive, and helpful desk staff. Parking is tight but thankfully available. Housekeeping is very good and we also appreciate that there is dining available on site.

A bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.room had a broken heater ,constantly running toilet very old .bar downstairs very noisy if you need parking forget it. No bathroom fan .everything in Vancouver is overpriced so whatever. It’s on a very noisy street. Balcony wasn’t clean . Close to beach .

Newly renovated room. Bathroom extremely clean. Bed really comfortable. Front desk staff was always super friendly. Very close to all the main tourist attractions and public transportation. Only downside is tv was really old and didn't get a lot of channels.

We were very satisfied and happy staying at the Best Western Sands in Vancouver. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Our request for a room viewing the beach and harbour was honoured. The hotel was close to restaurants, Stanley Park and the beach.
