It was a disgrace. Mould in the bathroom, old soap & hair in the bathroom. No cups to have a coffee. Couldn’t get the TV to work. The sheets were questionable.
We paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1.
It was over priced. We felt totally ripped off.

Great Location, Average Stay
Great location less than 10 min drive to Grouse Mtn - just needs some TLC and new mattresses
Where does one start?
The house and driveway were very dark and extremely hard to find. When I finally did find it there wasn’t anybody there. I had to call and wait for ten minutes before anyone showed up. When I was taken to my room it was a small, dark, dirty and dumpy. It looked like a crack shack!
There were black hairs in the bed. There were spider webs everywhere and the leftovers from the spider!
There was soap there that had been used by countless other people. The only glass was a filthy coffee cup left in the disgusting bathroom which had dead bugs and coffee stains on it.
Big hint that this place is a dump is the big for sale sign on the front of the fence.
The property was poorly managed and poorly maintained. We arrived and there was no one at the house, just an unlocked door to a suite that we didn’t rent. After haggling with, I assume the property manager, over the phone about getting the correct suite, we were given the door code to the correct suite. Unfortunately, the suite had not been cleaned since the previous users . The sheets had not been changed, the fridge was dirty, the floor was dirty and the entire suite smelled badly. We stayed one night, then booked a different hotel. We didn’t feel comfortable here or safe.

Liked: Cleanliness
Quiet. Clean. Great location near Capilano. Comfortable bed. Fantastic shower.
Uncomfortable layout. Not much cooking equipment.
Worked very well for us for breakfast and sandwich prep.
Very fissapointing, we dtove up and missed the driveway 3 times as the address was poorly marked. We rented the studio suite out back and we walked up through the gate and was a big spider web which we had to diminish The toom was okay but not well kept up. Base boards had cob webs and used souo and ised shampoo bottle left out for us.
The walls were paper thin so you could clearly hear the other guests staying in the other suites and the bed was to k hatd..I do not reccomend.. Terrible experience.
Very unhappy with this accommodation for a number of reasons.
1) It was very difficult to try contact the owners, the number provided by Expedia went to voicemail every time. It was only when i went to other websites where this property was listed, i found another phone number and email address.
2) I booked the family suite, very tiny! only two rooms and no living area. The details of the room says there is a tv and wasnt, no where to sit expect you room. which made for a very awkward stay.
3) Rooms were very unclean, floors not swept, shower had other peoples items (shampoo, conditioner and even a used bar of soap) the shower had hair around the drain (none of use had used it), kitchen had dishes in the drying rack (again we didn't use the kitchen) and it had what looked like mold growing on one of the walls. Just had a very unclean/ old feeling about the place, smelt very dusty and old. Needs a lot of work.
4) The design of the place was very awkward, the bathroom had no towel rack and didn't come with any hand towels, we got 4 towels for 5 people (booked for 5 people). Two of the lights in one room were strobing and could hear electrical noise coming from light switch.
5) Throughout our stay with had seen multiple people around the property going around the back of the house (There was a family staying in the other half of the property but it was not them). We also had someone looking through the window when my friend was inside.
The owners were very nice.
