Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We waited two hours in the rain to finally receive code for access. Was told to be there at 4:00, which forced us to hire driver for $500. Nobody ever met us, so the driver expense was a waste. Wonderful Italy was booking agent, and they were not wonderful I stayed in two other hotels on this trip, and I gave great reviews. I am not one to give a bad one, but this was terrible.
