โReceptionist Peter was truly marvelous in providing us the service. If it was not for him we would not have enjoyed nice spa and swimming pool there. Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. Will definitely come again to Helsinki, just for this hotel.โ
โThe hotel is well run with very good customer service. On the last morning of our stay the waitor from Somalia gave better than great service and made my family feel extra special and welcome. The only small drawback was the check in staff did not know about the daily chess happening close by at the library. This is a great initiative and a chess lovers dream. The hotel should be aware of this great idea and advertise it to interested guests. โ

โThe kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work.โ
โI recently returned for my second 7-night stay at UNITY Helsinki, and it was just as impressive as the first time. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which makes the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. The service is consistently excellent, from check-in to departure.
One of the highlights for me is their unique in-house sauna experience a perfect way to relax and soak in Finnish culture without leaving the hotel.

"It's very old hotel and the bathroom smells. I've been to many Radisons and this is the most disappointing. And it's far from the city center, so it's very inconvenient. It's hard to find a good point in this hotel.
