"De locatie op de punt van de zuidcliff is geweldig. Er is een zeer grote tuin met hangmatten en hangplekken. Het strand is makkelijk bereikbaar in nog geen vijf minuten via een makkelijke weg. Personeel is behulpzaam en het restaurant serveert een prima ontbijt en diner. Kamers zijn ruim en met een zitje en balkon. Ik vond het matras te hard.het is een flinke wandeling naar winkeltjes en restaurants, die allemaal in het noorden liggen."

"Water was not coming in the flush when checked in. It was rectified within half hour. Said that tank was empty. Okey, but early in the morning, the situation was same. Just imagine flush not working early in the morning, and not having a bucket or things like that. Secondly, even after rectification water was dripping just outside the washroom. Such things usually happen in cheap hotels. Sorry to mention these."

"The Thiruvambadi is a great hotel. It’s in a convenient spot at the very end of the cliff ‘strip’ so, if you turn left out of the hotel, you’ve can walk along the clifftop past lots of shops and an endless choice of restaurants. "Interesting stay here. The lobby area is beautiful, centred around a supposedly natural pool and banyan trees, water flowing alongside the paths. We stayed in their cheapest room which was poor condition but pretty clean. Can’t really complain for the price. The owner/manager was like a movie villain trying to be nice, loudly playing sinister sounding chants from reception. The morning yoga was great. The Ayurvedic massage was ok. "
