Everything was A from the cleanliness to customer service and the food. Our housekeeping staff, Soban, was particularly attentive and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely visit this hotel for all of my future Delhi trips and will recommend it to everyone. Well done management and staff!"

"Great hotel for our first time in New Delhi. Staff are excellent, accommodating, friendly and want to make your stay memorable. Used the pool and took advantage of the spa facilities. Minor point is that some aspects of the hotel could be refreshed like the seating in the bar, pool towels were clean but are close to needing replacement. These things are not as important to us as the incredible service provided by all areas of the hotel operations. They really made our stay special."

"Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"

"Great hotel!! Everything was amazing except the spa staff and cold steam room and hot tub!! Spa closes at 10 but they start shutting things off earlier as the staff want to leave! We experienced this when we went at 8.30.. "
