"The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid at all costs. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the apartment had multiple issues: mediocre cleanliness, broken furniture (including a damaged chair), and Wi-Fi that didn’t work, despite being advertised. "Super friendly and helpful staff. Cosy rooms are indeed cosy but have everything you need and more. Little touches such as hand written welcome note and cakes on arrival a great addition. Generous and tasty breakfast. Location is superb for attractions and local places to eat and drink. The street is busy and noisy but we had no issue at all from inside the hotel. Easy to get to from Airport thanks to the bus stopping 1 min away. "

"My husband and I loved the convenience of its location. 1.5 blocks to the port. Where you can go for a morning walk, exercise, most restaurants, cafe's are all around. It's on the main shopping street. Easy to catch a taxi or walk anywhere you'd like. This place is very clean, and quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"Our stay at this Hotel was brilliant , from the time we checked in to checking out everything was 1st class. The Gym is very well equipped and clean , shoers,lockers towels. There is also a steam room. Indoor heated pool and spa. Breakfast is included with some packages and although more expensive than other hotels was very good.Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. There is a courtesy bus that runs throughout the day into rhe heart of Thessaloniki , great service. The rooms areclean ,modern,spacious and well appointed. Atm located in foyer. A very pleasant 7 day stay , suitable for business people , couple , tourists. Would highly recommend , one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed at."
