"Hotel is clean and looks like recently updated. Very nice A/ C and floor is all tile/marble. I stayed there 4 nights. The day I checked out asked for some drinking water at the front desk and the clerk gives me 2 small water bottles and said it is 5 Euro in cash. Won’t accept credit card. Luckily I had some Euros with me. Felt rude so I can give only 4 star. "

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful. "

"Upon arrival at this hotel, i was amazed at the beautiful building, so first impressions were very good, however, check in took longer than it should have. Due to a flight delay we didnt arrive until midnight, and it seemed the gentleman on reception didnt seem to know what he was doing. This became apparent the following evening when the hotel room phone rang at midnight, waking us up. Our passport numbers were not registered and they felt it acceptable to call at this hour! Very bad judgement...

If you’re arriving past their designated office hours, please keep the hotel staff updated and keep them updated about your arrival time and the staff will make it out to you for check-in. "Customer service was fantastic couldn’t fault it. Room was almost clean. The bathroom needed some TLC and a good scrub - which I tried to do. Shower was hot an powerful and towels were perfect! Beds were hard and pillows lumpy. Hotel was lovely and quiet and very safe. "
