“We were well received quite late in the evening. The person at the reception was very polite and helpful and showed us the house. The hotel is "hiding" in a very nice environment, it's old but well maintained. The garden is beautiful.”

“This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. ”

“The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping. The owner has dehumidifier running in all the rooms, but the filters have not been changed and are filthy, and does not improve the basement smell at all.
