โThis is a sparse, no nonsense stay. The staff were polite. Could do with a tv that has an option to see/hear Rnhlish, eithet as simply subtitles or conversion to the original language.
I am glad I drove into Verdun, it is a beautiful and a historic place and with a lot of lovely restaurants.โ
โWhat we liked most is that it was not some new, polished place. It was a simple room, clean and comfortable. They had a gravel parking lot. As I said, it was older and simple. It was well managed and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.โ

โThe hostess was enthusiastic-- a florist with a lovely garden. We had very lovely conversations within my fractured French. Excellent restaurant recommendation from her that was a short and easy walk. The local park we went through is very pleasant and a nice play to sit. There were other guests yet we had no idea until we came to breakfast. We also saw them at the same restaurant. โ
