All perfect really just quite small rooms and rubbish TV channels no options. But spotless and quiet high end products and furniture.

We loved our stay. Our room had great views over the city and we enjoyed the sunsets from the executive lounge in the evenings before dinner. We were only there for 3 nights but we made the most of the facilities starting with a delicious buffet breakfast before taking an uber to Prague castle and meandering down to Charles Bridge and wondering around the Old Town & walked back along the riverside We headed back in the afternoon to use the gym facilities and relaxed in the executive lounge before dining in the restaurant downstairs. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely break.

Very good location, just opposite to Central Station A fist time entry code will be given and then entry cards will be provided for entry to the property after check in. 11steps up to the reception level The staff is friendly and tries to help. The room is spacious with kitchen facilities. The bathroom has very good lighting with ventilation and towel warmer Cleaning could be better as I found a piece of very long hair at the shower tub but my husband and I have short hair. There is TV in the room but no program could be watched due to lack of connection. Overall, I will recommend this site for stay.

I didn't drive in nor did we shop. It's right off of old town square so it's very convenient for tourists and the tower suite has a view of almost every landmark in that part of the city. The staff were very helpful and even communicated with me on WhatsApp to update me on a request. It was a great stay.
