"There was no any stay. I went there with my reservation which clearly stated the reservation is confirmed and no need to call.The place was shut and the reception number that was indicated on the door, the line was closed. What a terrible experience. And hotel.coms did not help much either."

"There wasen’t any hot water when we arrived in the evening. The staff told us it was because they were fully booked and the hot water has been used. We have never experienced this before at any place and the spa that we had also smelled really bad when we tried to use it. They didn’t compensate in any way. Can’t recomend the place, are not comming back. "

"The room was very basic and my problem was the lack of electrical outlets. The room also was very dark. The style is old fashioned although it is obvious that the wood work (doors, bed, etc.) are actually very recent. I was annoyed that the air conditioning unit was dripping water down the wall. This needs to be taken care of. "
