"The soundproofing was amazing . We could not hear any traffic or activity in the hallway. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The location is excellent. The bed is comfortable and the sheets crisp. Towels are fluffy. Wifi had no issues."

"Stay here for 2 night. Front desk staff Luka was very helpful. The location is away from city center but still easily accessible through public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street from the hotel, and a metro station is a few minutes walk. The best thing about is hotel is the lake view. Our room is directly facing the lake and the view is spectacular!! I like looking at the sunset from our room window. We also enjoyed walking around the lake. If you walk to the other side of the lake, you will see a beautiful neighborhood and some sightseeing sites (I am surprised it is that closed). Taking a walk in the morning and early evening is quite pleasant. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very tasty. One downside about this hotel is the rooms aren’t sound proof. You can literally hear people talking in the hallway, and the sound of opening/closing doors from nearby rooms can be loud."

"So a few very disappointing points: pillows were horrible, blackout curtains were too light and light came in from the bottom, no ice bucket or ice machine, no instant coffee in room just tea,no cleaning of my room until late in afternoon, if at all. Overpriced breakfast buffet and generally overpriced room. Staff was excellent and super polite."

"We had a rather odd experience at this hotel when checking in. We were two couples on one booking. On checking in, one couple was informed that we had been upgraded to an executive room but without access to the executive lounge. The other couple did not get a room upgrade but did get an upgrade to use the executive lounge. This left us with one of our couples able to access these facilities but the other not, unless we paid an additional £100 for the three nights. We felt obliged to do this so that we could all use the same facilities but honestly felt it was a rather bizarre way for the hotel to behave and left with a slight suspicion that it was a way to induce people to pay extra for these facilities. Other than that a good experience with the only poor aspect being a rather erratic cleaning service. They didn't replenish our tea and coffee on the first morning and left dirty coffee cups in the room. The second day they replenished the tea and coffee but removed all the coffee cups and most oddly removed the two bottles of unopened complementary water. We were also shocked to discover that one of the bottles of wine in the mini bar was empty and had to dispute this with reception on checkout."
