"The hotel room was large and included a washer and dryer. It is located on the outskirts of downtown. Aside from the location and the sofa "bed" that was very uncomfortable as both a sofa and bed, the hotel is a decent choice."

Rooms have semi black out shades which are essential for the long sunshine days and nights. Be prepared to possibly walk up to four levels of stairs if someone did not operate the lift properly, because it might be "stuck" on the floor where they did not exit according to instructions. "Exceeded expectations. Was perfect for a friends trip to be able to have a common space to hang out with separate bedrooms, and the convenience of a hotel with a check in desk and someone to ask questions about the property. The location was perfect, nestled within a cute neighborhood to live like a local. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few blocks that were easy and really good. There's 2 groceries stores close as well for food and forgotten toiletries. It was easy to walk...

"It was exactly what I expected. I had an Apple TV which meant I needed an Apple ID to use the additional apps. I don't have one so was only able to use Netflix. Not a major issue as I wasn't there to watch TV however it would have been better if I had the option."

"The place was clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Very close to the metro station and I was able to get to the city centre or the airport in 15 minutes. I arrived early morning and I was able to check in early which was so nice! Appreciated having the washer and dryer to do my laundry. The reception was also very responsive at all times of the day. Would absolutely stay here again. Just a quick note that the smaller units are located on the ground floor and close to the street - the front doors...

"Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before "
