“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

“오르티지아 구시가지로 진입하는 입구에 바로 위치한 숙소로 숙소에서는 오르티지아 마리나의 전경이 한 눈에 들어오는 탁월한 전망을 자랑합니다. 오르티지아 구시가지의 중심가라 할 수 있는 두오모 광장에서 매우 가깝고 성 밖의 아폴론 신전이나 시장과도 도보로 10분 이내의 아주 가까운 거리에 있어서 위치 역시 매우 탁월합니다. 렌트카를 이용할 경우 성내로 렌트카가 진입할 수 없어서 고민이 될 수 있는데, 이 역시도 구시가지 입구 바로 앞에 있는 주차장을 할인 가격으로 사용할 수 있도록 해주기 때문에 편리합니다. (단, 이 경우 미리 리셉션에 차량 번호 등을 얘기해 줘야 합니다) 리셉션의 응대는 매우 친절했고 비즈니스 적이지 않은 친근한 태도가 돋 보였습니다. 마치 에어비앤비의 호스트 처럼 상냥하고 친절하였으며 많은 정보를 주려 하였습니다. 다만, 24시간 리셉션이 아닌 탓에 미리 리셉션과 체크인 일정을 조율하여야 하며 긴급한 서비스를 필요로 할 시에는 야간 등에는 힘들 수 있는데 이는...

Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her....
