"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It looks beautiful both inside and out. It has a luxurious feel to the reception and bar. The balconies out the front are amazing, as you can sit with a welcome drink (which they give for free) and watch gondola’s pass by. The views are by far the best views ever, and the hotel room we stayed in was so large. We had two fully opening windows which overlooked the canal, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel was so incredibly clean"

"Even though this was the smallest room I stayed in so far on our trip, it was the most comfortable. The air-conditioning was nice and cold, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast eggs were delicious. The room was pleasantly decorated, and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The hotel manager was very pleasant and friendly. This was a last minute reservation so I was happy they could also organise a last minute pickup from the airport which went very well. The hotel is on the Grand Canal, about a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, and is right beside a vaporetto ferry stop which is very convenient if you want to buy an all day pass or get to the Santa Lucia train station. Overall, I was very happy with our stay."

"My daughter and I loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were super nice. Kudos to Christian and Lisa who helped us with all our needs. The hotel is very close to the Rialto Bridge with easy access to the vaporetto which is a huge plus in Venice. The view from the bar on top he third floor is fantastic. Thanks!!!!"

"This hotel has the best location- 4-min walk to Piazza San Marco, 6-min walk to Rialto and nearby the hotel are plenty of options for eating good food, gelato and souvenir shopping. There are also a few upscale shops, a bookstore and lots of quaint bridges and gondola services. Get the breakfast option as well, it’s worth the money land the options are plenty and delicious "
