We loved this hotel! The bathroom was so nice and clean and the room itself was very pretty. It was more of a walk from the train station to get there but we didn't realize we could take a water ferry a that point.

Great staff - John and Filippo were great. Location was good too. Dated rooms, but a clean toilet/bathroom - Exactly what was expected when we booked. Personally, we Would have liked the air con to be On in the room, however, we didn't ask for it to be turned on for our room - in hindsight we should have as we left the window open and got absolutely covered by Mosquito bites.

wonderful hotel in a quiet corner, close to many things and far enough away from the crazy we enjoyed the old classic style of the hotel amd thought it was perfect for what it was breakfast included and very pleasant staff also offered airport pick up and drop off at train station (for a hefty price) worth it

Perfect hotel to stay in your Venice vacation. My family and I had a great time here. Hotel staff is really helpful and if you want to book Tours and Taxi boats they will arrange for you. Breakfast was good. The hotel decoration and look is just gorgeous you really feel like the Count of Venice here.
