Amazing hole in the wall, close enough to walk from the train but far enough away from all of the noise! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only thing that threw us off was the address on the listing sent us to the other end of the island, so follow what the host gives you. Lovely room and very happy with the choice, they communicated basically every step of the way. If we return I will book again! Grazie!

Super clean property, great communication for self check in. Only complaint is the mattress was on a sofa bed. We had to sear earplugs to sleep because the frame was so squeaky and sagged in the middle. Other than that, great place.

Super flot og nyrenoveret hotel, som ligger lidt væk fra centrum. Du skal være forberedt på at gå lidt. Dog var hotellet flot og rent. Personalet var super søde og behjælpelige.

Hosts are lovely and attentive. The room is as pictured and check-in was seamless. There were some interesting smells coming from the water taps and a few small mosquito-like bugs in the bathroom when we arrived, which the hosts helped us clear out. These issues seemed to be more-so a feature of Venice rather than the unit itself and we still ended up having a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. Off the beaten path but quiet and away from the crowds. Convenient for enjoying a beautiful sunset and close to water taxi station should you wish to visit Murano.

Quiet area away from tourists. Get a porter from train station to take your luggage. Newer property and done very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Viviana was so awesome. Our room, Girasolle, had a huge terrace. So nice to sit out there in morning.

Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay.

Rooms were very clean and it was an easy walk to get to main parts. The thing that stuck out the most was how wonderful the woman at the front desk was. Very polite and always gave us amazing recommendations!

Decepcionante y muy diferente de lo que se muestra en Expedia. Reservé una Queen Room y me dieron un sofá cama. En las aproximadamente 50 fotos de la propiedad en Expedia, no aparece ninguna habitación con este tipo de cama. El sofá cama es de pésima calidad: el colchón es extremadamente delgado, se sienten los fierros al dormir y cada movimiento produce un fuerte chirrido que te despierta. No tiene cabecera, por lo que la almohada termina cayéndose en el espacio detrás de la cama, provocando una posición muy incómoda para dormir. Además, la habitación no tiene mesas de noche ni enchufes junto a la cama. No hay dónde dejar un vaso de agua, el celular o cualquier objeto personal durante la noche. Para cargar los teléfonos tuvimos que utilizar enchufes al otro lado de la habitación. Lo más preocupante es que el alojamiento no corresponde a lo que esperaba razonablemente al reservar una Queen Room ni a lo que muestran sus propias fotos.

No front desk.The hotel sits far away from everything. Long walk to get too, no transportation close . The hotel offered a safe, you can pick it up and go , it’s not attached to anything. I complained and was told to lock it in the furniture closet that had a universal key, I told the man it makes no sense. Anytime you need service you have to text a phone number that they give you and hope that they answer. Don’t think of taking a shower at night. Water is cold.. the sink and the bathroom are one step down from the bedroom very dangerous with no light, which is a challenge during the night and very dangerous. The shower flooded every time I used it. They said they’ll fix it when I leave. If you wanna open the window in the bathroom, it is even with the toilet so you expose yourself. It was a terrible experience. The queen bed was two single beds together. No stores nearby no restaurants nearby. Walking in the evening back to the hotel did not seem safe. There are many loose dogs depositing their waste on the walkway and no one cleans it. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. There were many hotels closer to civilization which had occupancy. Venice is beautiful. I just don’t recommend this hotel.
