This hotel is in an excellent location right off of Saint Marks Square. You are close to many wonderful and historic locations! The hotel is very nice inside.

Huge stains on carpet along with fuzz balls from carpet pilling. Had hotel organize water taxi back to the airport for 5 am, we were told that the desk person would show us how to get to the water taxi, well he spoke no English so we had no water taxi and almost missed our flight to London. The bed was made with the pillows half way down the bed underneath the covers, no toilet paper was available in the middle of the night. I expected more from a 4 star hotel in Venice stay elsewhere where…. You have been warned! Cost was over $500 CAD A NIGHT!!!

Excellent room and great location

The hotel staff were lovely and very attentive. The breakfast served was amazing and the location was wonderful. Rooms are very dated, but that’s Europe. Room was warm, not sure if the AC unit was heat only or not working. We weren’t in the room much though, so we didn’t bother reporting it

Very quiet room in an historic building located next to St. Mark’s Square. Hotel is a close walk to almost everything in the area. I was amazed at how quiet our room was, which allowed us to relax and rest from traveling.
